How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?
The schedule varies each week depending on market volume. Please call or email to schedule a time.

Most reports are issued within 24 hours, often the same day.
Do your reports contain images?
Yes, we include many images in the reports.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are licensed in MD and perform inspections in MD and DC. DC does not have a license requirement. We are insured through InspectorPro, a firm which only insures home inspectors for these types of specific services. We have general liability, errors and omissions insurance, and riders for specific ancillary services.
What tools/equipment do you use for inspections?
We use many different tools during the inspection. Everything from flashlights, to electrical testers, thermal imaging devices, drones, and even a robotic tank camera is available for tight spaces.
How long will the inspection take?
Most home inspections take 2-3 hours. If you order a septic inspection or other services, some additional time may be needed.
Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection?
Yes. Clients are encouraged to attend whenever possible. If you are out of town and not able to make it, we can do a Zoom call at the end of the inspection to summarize everything. We work with many military families who relocate to the area, so we try to accommodate your specific needs.
Do you email the report?
Yes, all reports are sent to your email.
Do you work on weekends?
Occasionally, but mostly M-F.
Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure that it can be completed properly?
Clients must complete a Docusign form and select which inspection services they want prior to the inspection. This will be emailed to you. You should also coordinate the timing with your real estate agent to ensure access to the property. We can help with this. If you have specific concerns or questions about your property, then please share those with us at the inspection or send an email list of questions prior to the inspection.
